    Creating art with R

In this workshop we will explore how to make generative art by programming. We will see how with just a few lines of code we can make unique art pieces thanks to mathematics and randomness. No previous programming experience is needed, and whether you are comfortable with or terribly scared of math formulation, you will be able to join and create your very own generative art.

Juulia is a data scientist who loves making data pretty and useful. She studied biomedical engineering, did academic research on why (and how) we touch each other and works now at Sahlgrenska University Hospital in Gothenburg. Her team uses advanced analytics and AI to help doctors at the hospital spend less time with computers and more time with patients. Juulia's favorite part of the job is helping other people get going with data & analytics and she is also a code mentor at Pink Programming.
